my new favorite products are actually just a shampoo and conditioner.
Paul mitchell instant moisture shampoo: for me it helps with definition, adds shine/reveals natural shine. i do not detangle with shampoo ever!! that’s a recipe for disaster. i use it only to cleanse my hair and scalp and save any detangling for the conditioner.
Rusk sensories calm conditioner: for me it defines, elongates/less shrinkage when used with comb then finger combed through (if i use a denman type brush then i have more shrinkage) , adds/reveals natural shine/sheen.

Apple cider vinegar will balance hair’s pH level, add shine, and remove build-up from your hair. The baking soda cleanses the hair, also removing buildup. The coconut oil acts as a conditioner. If your coconut oil is hard, put it in hot water to melt it first.

When I researched how to make my own deep conditioner all of the recipes were full of protein! So now, I just make my own!…without a ton of protein. I’ve spoken to ShidaNatural (who makes her own deep conditioner), Desaundrea for their input. I also did a lot of googling. This works great! ***If you follow the curly girl method, this will work great for you***
