This video shows how to make shampoo with baking soda, and an apple cider vinegar rinse. This baking soda shampoo is an all natural alternative for cleansing your hair. Then the apple cider vinegar rinse is the final step to sealing the hair cuticles, and restoring the hair’s ph balance.

    Lol ‘tangled hair’ reported to the FDA… dear FDA, I am concerned at the amount of tangles I have been experiencing with my recent shampoo, please submit them to investigation. Hehe, jokes aside, I’m just about to try this baking soda thing cos my natural shampoos are up to £4 each! Grr and I wash my hair a lot!

    The vinegar smell fades pretty fast. you can rinse again with lukewarm water if you like. Take care

    HELP!!! How often do we use this remedy? I’ve been using it everyday until my friend told me the apple cider vinegar is too acidic and is bad for your hair!

    Can someone explain something to me? After applying the baking soda you DON’T rinse it with water but it cider vinegar? or can we rinse it with water and then with cider vinegar?

    Hi…what about doing this regimen with relaxed hair? I having scalp issues. I have dandruff really bad, like it cakes up and I don’t know why. I changed my diet and everything — no wheat, gluten, dairy, limited sugars and no corn products — trying to cut back on yeast or fungus forming foods. I LOVE baking soda for my skin. I’m so anxious to try it on my scalp, but I’m scared. Oh and why do you have to heat the water?
