what is good about homemade body scrub?

what is good about homemade body scrub? some people said it is more natural to skin..but some people said that skin scrub in the market is better because it made by expert..help me…i want to use it..but i confused whether to buy it or make it on my own…

it is better u use homemade body scrub…
it is cheap and effective because it is fresh
