BananAvocado Hair Mask Recipe
(Also for makeupbynumber’s beauty recipe contest!)
This is a simple, easy to make hair mask that repairs and softens your hair. It’s perfect for dry, damaged, or color treated hair!
Ingredients:
1/2 Banana
1/2 Avocado
1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Shea Butter
*Note* You may need more or less of the recipe, depending on the length of your hair.
Steps:
1. Mash up the banana & avocado and put in a bowl.
2. Add in cocoa shea butter.
3. Mix together.
4. Put half your hair up, and apply.
5. Apply to the top half of your hair.
6. Put a hair cap on. (Shower caps work too…as long as you don’t mind getting it a bit dirty.)
7. Leave on for 30 mins. (AT THE MOST!)
8. Shampoo, and condition your hair as normal. (Make sure you get out all the clumps.)
9. Leave to AIR-DRY.
I would reccommend using this mask once every two weeks at the most.
Once a month is what I normally do…(I get lazy. :-p)
