I’m going to make this pumpkin spice muffin recipe, I just wondered if anyone had ever made one before. I hope it tastes as good as it smells!

ok i made it and it was pretty decent. i would have liked a more moist muffin but my boyfriend and his brother like it a lot. just in case anyone was wondering!

i want to make homemade body scrubs. im learning a lot about different ingredients but i cant seem to find "beauty"sand for sale.

Put some oatmeal in the blender and grind fine or use sugar or salt. Sand is way to coarse to use on your skin.

Dry hair actually. And let it sit for 20 minutes-45 max and wash it out.

There are so many chemicals in the store bought products, so I was wondering how I could go about making my own. I have thin straight-wavy hair. Are there recipes I can use to make shampoo and conditioner suitable for everyday use? (Well, every other day, really…) Preferably with no animal-derived ingredients such as milk or honey. Thank you in advance.

I’m not sure how you could do this, but have you considered trying Lush products? Lush makes fresh,hand-made products, that are for the most part vegan (the ones that are not have a warning label). Lush products are sold in several countries.

People say that horse shampoo makes your hair shiny, is that true? I want to use it but i dont want to damage my hair! If anybody used horse shampoo before, please tell me if it does make your hair shiny or anything!

People say that you can use Mane & Tail shampoo on your hair and that it will make your hair look great. I have a horse, I’ve tried it…I disagree. Stick to people shampoo.

I have recently begun experimenting with making my own shampoo due to the chemicals added to store bought shampoos. The measurements I’ve been using allow for about one wash at a time. I’m not sure if you can make a whole bottle and save it. will it "go bad"?

All shampoo must have chemical added, even it is home made, if you are in Bangkok Thailand you can go to China Town, look for a shop selling all ingredients for making soap, shampoo and all skin and hair care it is opposite Grand China hotel, you can ask them to give you the least chemical shampoo and I am sure they can supply what you want, or you can clean your hair with kaffir lime juice, and rinse thoroughly. This is my recipe for my herbal tea shampoo. I used Nettle and Burdock to help with hair growth. Check out my blog for some other herbs that are beneficial to the hair and scalp.

I also use the Lavender Castile Soap because I love the scent of lavender. You can use the unscented baby soap and add your own fragrance using essential oils (like in the conditioner recipe).

I love this shampoo because it leaves my locs feeling really soft!

This is the recipe for the Olive Oil conditioner that I talked about in the “Wash Your Locs” video. It can be used as a regular after shampoo conditioner, leave-in conditioner, or hair spritz.

Note: I am not a cosmetologist or a chemist. This recipe is what works for me, but I can’t guarantee it will be great for everyone.

The recipe is:
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup aloe vera gel (dietary kind)
2 tbsp of vegetable glycerine
1 tbsp of honey
Essential Oils
